Supreme Court Update

After the program, you will know the current status of employment law, the recent changes that have occurred, and any proposed legislative responses to the decisions.

This session reviews recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions affecting employment law. The session begins with a history/review of the current court and how the current Justices have an impact on employment law decisions. We explore decisions from 2009 and those anticipated for 2010, along with legislative responses to decisions which have either become law or are proposed.
