This session provides a general overview of the keys to performance management.
We all know the importance of performance management but fear of confrontation with and/or affection for the employee often result in good faith mistakes that serve as the stimulus for or evidence in litigation. After the general overview, the session will discuss Top 10 mistakes in each of the following areas: (a) in disciplinary documentation; (b) implementing discipline; and finally (c) terminating an employee.
