This session will go beyond strategy and speak to effective and specific actions and activities in disability cost and retention improvements.
For HR, “disability” can mean work comp, STD, a lifelong challenge, a short term restriction or even a high risk. This session will discuss how HR can effectively support the Stay-at-Work/Return-to-Work process for the company and the employee; drilling down to front line examples and strategies through the eyes of an employer willing to share their successes (and failures!). A valuable discussion of what works and what doesn’t, also will take place.
