SHRM Recommended Readings
Never Get Lost Again
This session will assist you in learning new theoretical application strategies targeted toward solving HR challenges.
Emerging economies are low income and medial growth countries using economic liberalization as their primary engine of growth. Organizations have had to develop unique HR strategies to cope with the broad scope and rapidity of eco-political changes in emerging economies. This session examines challenges facing you on strategy formulation and implementation by organizations in these regions from two primary theoretical perspectives; institutional theory and the resource-based view of an organization.
