2010 SHRM Annual Conference & Exposition
Goodness of Fit: Behavior Analysis in HR Practices
This session will examine the strategic and tactical use of behavior analysis in HR practices.
It takes art and science to hire, develop and retain the right people in the right positions. Driven by theory and backed by practice, behavior analysis has proven effective in the ways that Lutheran Services in Iowa and FEI Behavioral Health evaluate
job applicants, manage performance, work through conflict, and build leadership capacity. This interactive session will identify four dimensions of behavior, examine
behavioral tendencies, and provide strategies to enhance goodness of fit.
