CULTURE AND THE CRASH: Exploring the Connection Between People's Responses to the Current Business Climate and Their Culture
Attend this session and learn how the recession and the resulting new business environment affects cultures differently.
Like all human behaviors, how individuals have responded to the economic crisis and as a result the “new” business climate should be a reflection of their culture. In our recent survey, we asked the questions to see if there was a connection between how people felt about the recession and their cultural orientations. In this session, we'll take a look at the results of the survey, just recently published (and you'll have the chance to match up your own answers with your own culture), and draw some conclusions about the prophetic nature of culture that needs to be considered when creating economic and social policy aimed at solving the problem.
