This presentation focuses on both easing employer anxieties about understanding this generations unique approach to work and understanding how stereotypical issues with Gen Y can actually be viewed as strengths and applied to successful strategies for recruiting and retaining this diverse, ever-increasing employee base, utilizing real examples from a large organization.
