Thank you for your interest in the 2011 SHRM Foundation Scholarship Program. Please read this application carefully and follow all instructions. Applications must be submitted online by July 15, 2011 to be considered.
Eligibility: A total of sixteen certification scholarships of $750 each will be awarded in each SHRM domestic region. Chapters and state councils, plus national SHRM members are eligible to apply. (SHRM student members and local-only chapter members are not eligible for this scholarship.) Chapters and state councils may use these funds to create or expand a local certification training program or to purchase training materials for such programs. Note: funds may not be used for chapter or state scholarship programs. This scholarship is a one-time award. Previous applicants and past scholarship recipients are eligible to re-apply each year.
Selection: Chapter and State Council applications will be evaluated as follows:
Timeline: Applications must be completed and submitted online by July 15, 2011. All applicants will be notified of their standing in the fall and scholarship checks will be distributed by the end of the year.
How to Apply: Applications will be submitted electronically. All applications must include all required documentation or applicants will not be considered for an award.
